Turkey Burgers (Lean & Delish)

1lb Lean Ground Turkey
1/4 diced onion
1/2 Green Pepper
1/2 Red Pepper
Salt & Pepper to taste
Olive oil

Mix everything in a large bowl then make into patties. I made small ones but you can make any size you would like.

Place 2 Tbs olive oil in a pan on Medium heat then cook your burgers. 4-5 mins/side depending on thickness.

I like to crumble my burger up onto a salad or put into a wrap throughout the week.
